Nexis is a smart cockpit concept designed for electric vehicles. The design brings together technologies that reduce driver distraction and improve situational awareness. A high clarity head-up display and an invisible A pillar merge navigation and safety information with the view of the surrounding environment. Driver monitoring features include fatigue detection and an electrocardiogram sensing steering wheel. An anti-sickness function uses dynamic imagery to improve rear seat passenger comfort. A frameless ultra wide dashboard replaces physical buttons with hidden icons on textured trim.
