The design combines research, commercial, and public functions along a central linkage axis with dual atria and open lobbies. Modular ceilings and adaptable office modules support flexible use over time. Sintered stone forms seamless flooring, walls, and counters, while perforated metal ceilings, matte brushed finishes, and lighting integrated signage unify the space. The intent is a humane and durable workplace within urban renewal.
