The One Palace is one of the properties developed by Xukun Real Estate in Xi'an, China. As the first national-level aquatic ecosystem in Northwest China, the project has a good ecological environment. The consice modern interior design is by DIA Design (Dejoy International Architecture) and the architecture design is by gap, featuring an integration between commercial value and design concept.
